Home inspections include the exterior of the home, garage, roofing, foundation, siding, windows, doors, and crawl space. The interior part of the home inspection includes electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, attics, appliances, and an overall visual inspection of the house.
Home inspections are calculated by square footage, starting at $325 for a home up to 1000 square feet.

Radon gas can seep through the cracks and pores of your basement and can come through in a slab-style home. When performing a radon test, we place the Radon Monitor at the lowest level of the house for over 48 hours to detect the presence of radon gas. We will come to retrieve the device after the two days and your radon results will be sent to you through email.

Pest Inspection
Pest inspections are an important part of buying a home, refinancing a home, or taking out a second mortgage. For our pest inspections, we will come to the location and search for any signs of pests, damage, or previous treatments.

Water Quality Testing
During the inspection process, we can collect a water sample for you. This is sent to a state-certified laboratory. The results of the test are sent through email.

Well & Septic Inspections
We will locate, open and load test your septic system. We will check your wellhead, isolation distance, bladder tank , and water pressure. During the inspection process, we will collect and test a water sample for you.
Well Chlorination
We will chlorinate your well to eliminate bacteria and return next day to clear the chlorine and test the water. It happens very rarely, but if we chlorinate your well and your water test comes back positive after chlorination, we will redo the treatment and water test for free.
